Giorgia Meloni (born 15 January 1977, Rome) is an Italian politician. She has been chairwoman of the Fratelli d'Italia party since 2014 and president of the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) party since September 2020. From May 2008 to November 2011 she was Minister for Youth and Sport in Silvio Berlusconi's fourth cabinet.
