James Edwin Webb (7 October 1906 in Tally Ho, Granville County, North Carolina - 27 March 1992 in Washington, D.C.) was an American government official and the second administrator from 14 February 1961 to 7 October 1968 of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
