Rita Panahi

Rita Panahi (born 3 March 1976, Pine Bluff, Arkansas), is an Australian opinion columnist and media commentator. Panahi writes a weekly column for the Herald Sun newspaper and is a guest commentator on Victorian radio station 3AW. She is a regular Sky News Australia panellist, previously hosted The Friday Show programme, and is now co-host of Outsiders. In 2022, Panahi hosted her own programme The Rita Panahi Show, which covers political and topical news for Sky News Australia.
