Tucker Swanson McNear Carlson (born 16 May 1969, San Francisco) is an American television host, political commentator, and author. He is best known as the co-founder of the and the conservative news and commentary website The Daily Caller and since 2016, he has hosted the nightly political talk show Tucker Carlson Tonight on Fox News Channel.
